Here is your opportunity to stay in one of Hocking Hills most luxurious lodges for less! When we have availability 30 days or less, you can place a bid to stay and save money on a last minute booking and potentially win!

Rules


○ You can submit ONE BID per week.
○ We will contact you within 24 hours of your bid submission.
○ All bid requests are subject to management approval and must comply with all booking policies.
○ We DO NOT allow 1 NIGHT stays. No Exceptions.
○ You must include the total number of adults and children in your bid request.
○ Bids for Luxury Lodges DO NOT include heating for the pool, pool/game room. If you would like the pool and game room heated, additional charges apply.

Important Notes

  • The booking age for Rush Resort and Webb Pointe is 30 years of age. Valid ID may be required upon check-in.
  • We have a NO GLASS policy that applies to all exterior areas of the accommodation. Plan accordingly.
  • We do not rent our facilities for after-prom, high school graduation parties, college formal parties, bachelor/bachelorette and fraternity or sorority parties.
  • All events are subject to approval by owners/management prior to confirmation of a reservation.
  • We do not allow ANY visitors without management approval.
  • Only registered guests (Rush Resort - 22 guests. Webb Pointe - 16) for your stay will be given access to the property. Others will be turned away. No exceptions. Max occupancy is 16 Adults for Rush Resort and 12 Adults for Webb Pointe.
  • We cannot accept reservations that create one night openings during our “In-Season” months.
  • We do not allow check ins or check outs on holidays. If you submit a request where this occurs you may be ask to change it.
  • We do not allow pets.

Our Policies

Advance payment of at least 50% of your total stay is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is do no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Any reservation that is made more than one year in advance only requires 25% down to reserve the dates with an additional 25% due 1 year prior to the check-in date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Any balance including the security deposit is due no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Personal check or bank issued check are the only form of payment accepted for the required $1,000 security deposit, we cannot apply the security deposit to a credit card or bank card.

Reservations that are cancelled less than 60 days from your booking date, will receive a refund of your prepaid rental fee and security deposit (if already paid), less a cancellation fee of $300*. Cancellations outside of 60 days (from the date you booked) but more than 60 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 50% refund of your prepaid rental fee and security deposit (if already paid). **Our policy does not allow refunds for cancelations less than 60 days prior to your stay, however, we will consider these rare events on a case by case basis to determine if there is anything we can do to mitigate a loss for both parties. In the event of an early departure, we cannot give any kind of refund. There are no cancellations due to inclement weather. Changes to the arrival or departure date are subject to our cancellation policy and/or a $125 change fee. Ownership or Management reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time with the return of any prepaid fees.

Check-In is between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. We personally meet and greet you at the property to allow you access as well as walk through offering instruction and answering questions. If your travel plans have you arriving past 6:00 PM please notify us so that we plan accordingly. We cannot accommodate early check-ins. Check-Out is no later than 11:00 AM. There is not need to contact us to depart unless you wish to do so. We cannot accommodate late check-outs.

We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your security deposit in the event of damages. If the repair of the damage exceeds $1,000 we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file.
