Canopy Tours/Ziplining

The Hocking Hills is the canopy tour capital of the Midwest. More than 60 ziplines provide a bird’s eye view of breathtaking landscape as you fly from treetop to treetop. Take a traditional canopy tour along 5 to 11 ziplines through the tree canopy over caves and waterfalls. Pump up your adrenaline on a challenge course featuring 16 ziplines and 30 challenges. Zip under the light of the moon as you soar into darkness and land on dimly lit platforms. Share the thrill with the kids on Dragon Fly, a new zipline adventure designed for kids ages 5 to 12.

State Parks Hiking

Towering cliffs, waterfalls and deep gorges are all found in Hocking Hills State Park Region. Ohio’s Hocking Hills State Park, the state’s most-visited park, features six distinct non-adjacent sites. Surrounding the park is the Hocking State Forest with rock climbing, rappelling and horseback riding trails. Lakes & Fishing

Lake Hope: A natural paradise, 2,983-acre Lake Hope State Park lies entirely within the 26,824-acre Zaleski State Forest in the valley of Big Sandy Run. Lake Logan: developed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources in 1955 for recreational purposes. It’s now one of the finest fishing lakes in Ohio. Lake Logan sports northern pike, bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish and saugeye. This day-use park provides scenic picnic and swimming areas, as well as secluded walking paths where visitors enjoy the wooded beauty of Ohio’s hill country and this Hocking Hills Park.
